Powertec Functional Trainer Features a reduced footprint design with adjustable ball bearing reinforced pulleys into a total of 17 positions. It has a dual independent pulley for a pure isolateral workout.

Two Weight Options:
Powertec Functional Trainer accommodates weight plates for increased capacity or stacked weight option. Weight stack plus fully loaded weight horns now have a weight resistance of an incredible 500 lbs. Side hooks are now built into the frame for organizing the attachments. The Powertec Functional Trainer has been designed from the outset to offer both ease of use and pro-standard workouts. It comes with a no-cable change system, so it's easy to use, even if you're a complete novice, and it means there's no downtime during your workout, which is just what you want when you're a more experienced weight trainer.

When used in conjunction with the optional Utility Bench WB-UB16 you have a complete home gym, With the bench attachments you can exercise exercise every single major muscle group in your body.
